Comfortable stay. Good budget hotel with pleasant staff. - Marvellous and absolutely perfect location in the town, next to tourist attractions. - Walking distance to Miami Valley Center Mall. - Spotless room, exceptionally comfortable beds, and fairly clean bathroom. - Great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to mall, the bike path, and everything, shopping, food, gas. The rooms were spotless and pet-friendly with all facilities, clean bathroom.

The location here was top-notch! It's right by a bike path that runs along the river, and there's a Cracker Barrel restaurant nearby. Lots of different activities to enjoy too. 🚲

The room was nice and spacious, with plenty of space for me and my belongings. the location of the hotel was very convenient, right next to the highway, which made it easy to get around. I also liked that the hotel was pet-friendly, so I could bring my furry friend along with me.
The toilet seat in the bathroom was smaller than the toilet, which was a bit uncomfortable. the "hot breakfast" description was also misleading, as there were only waffles available.

I gotta say, I got incredible value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and it's evident that they've put in effort to upgrade the place. The location right off Highway 75 was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely planning to return soon!
If I had to nitpick one thing about the breakfast, it would be great if they had more variety in the breakfast items. But hey, there are plenty of options nearby to satisfy any cravings.
